Introducing South Ken Culture Quarter

You may have already spotted some changes across our channels. We're excited to announce that Discover South Kensington has officially become the South Ken Culture Quarter - a new name that reflects the vibrant cultural neighbourhood we champion and the partnership of 22 world‑class institutions at its heart.

As we step into this new chapter, there’s plenty to look forward to. In just one month, the Great Exhibition Road Festival returns on 6-7 June, bringing a weekend of free talks, workshops, performances and installations to Exhibition Road.

To add to the excitement, we’ve also launched a fantastic competition! You could win a night at the London Marriott Hotel Kensington, along with tickets to NIGO: From Japan with Love at the Design Museum - the perfect cultural getaway right here in South Kensington.

Follow your curiosity, there's always more to explore across South Kensington's historic collections, hidden gems and remarkable free galleries.
