One winner will receive a pair of tickets to 'A Place for Her' on 25th November, followed by an in-person Q&A with director Mélisa Godet, moderated by Muriel Zagha.
Set at the Maison des femmes, a place of care and solidarity, the film follows a team of women supporting survivors of violence as they rebuild their lives. A luminous ensemble film celebrating resilience, friendship and female solidarity, this special screening takes place on the UN International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The second winner will receive a pair of tickets to 'The Birthday Party' on 29th November, the festival’s closing screening and UK premiere, followed by a virtual Q&A with director Léa Mysius.
Starring Hafsia Herzi and Monica Bellucci, this chilling thriller follows a family living in an isolated home surrounded by marshland. As they prepare a surprise birthday party, unexpected guests arrive and an atmosphere of unease begins to take hold. The film was selected for this year’s Cannes Festival.
